Where can I communicate right now—and why?

WaveWatch brings solar activity, Kp index, solar flux, TEC, ionosonde data, foF2, MUF, LUF, propagation models, SDR observations, and reports from other operators into one view. It’s the direct descendant of the question I asked about the telephone network fifty years ago, aimed at the ionosphere instead of a switching office.
